We are committed to providing a positive and flexible experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, please note the following policies:

Cancellation Policy

All class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class will be considered late cancellations and will be subject to the class fee.

Non-Refundable Policy

Please be aware that all class purchases, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
